hey, are you still on slimfast?

I’m not anymore, I was only on it for about a month. I had pretty good results and the shakes were great meal replacements for busy days. But I found myself getting bored with it easily, especially when I had time to eat a real meal…a chocolate shake (again) just didn’t fulfill me.

It can be used as a good way to get into a diet, or kick-start weight loss. However, it is made with hydrogenated oil which your body processes as a trans fat…aka it’s bad for you! Because of this, I feel that using slimfast long-term wouldn’t be good for your health.

Running a fever

really hinders one’s ability to work out.

Stagecoach (the event I’ve been working toward for months) is next weekend and I have only lost about 5 lbs total. Arrrgh!

Don’t workout because you hate your body, workout because you love it.
